We operate a plant on the Southeast side of Chicago in the historic Pullman district. The factory is situated on a 7.5 acre site, one quarter of a mile from access to Interstate 94. The production is dedicated to the manufacture of zinc die casting alloys, zinc anodes of various shapes, waffle zinc, mossy zinc and zinc brightener metal for the galvanizing industry. Melting capacity includes one 100,000# and three 35,000# reverberatory furnaces. One 300,000# electric induction furnace. Two 2500# crucible furnaces. Six 30,000#, seven 12,000# and three 6000# gas fired kettles. Total annual capacity exceeds 75,000 tons per year. There is a complete wet laboratory and computerized spectrograph on the premises.
